Cancellation policy
WORKSHOPS - CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations before 14 days in advance of the workshop will be refunded, minus an administration fee of €20,- /registration. Cancellations within 14 days before the workshop will only be refunded (minus administration fee of €20,-) if someone else will take you place.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if there are too few registrations (min 3 participants for tufting workshops and min 4 participants for our ceramic workshops). In this case, you can choose a new date or receive a refund. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.
PRIVATE WORKSHOPS
Private workshops can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the start date. Within 14 days, no rescheduling or refunds are possible.
Shipping & Return
SHIPPING
We ship to locations worldwide. Please note that because we make all design only from the moment they are ordered, the production can take from 1 to 3 weeks, plus shipment about 2 business days. Shipping costs are determined by location.
RETURNS
As our designs are only made personal and on demand we can't offer any return.
DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order, please send an email to hello@clubbonheur.be with images and a detailed description of the damage. You will receive an address to return the product
