Weet je niet goed wat geven? Kan je niet goed kiezen of je nu een vaas of een wall hanging moet kopen? Of eerder een workshop? Met onze bon heeft degene aan wie je 'm cadeau schenkt nog alle opties! Zo kan ie z'n interieur opfleuren met een kleurrijke lamp of poef, een unieke vaas of misschien toch een spiegel als eyecatcher. Als 't meer een doener is kan die gewoon zelf een vaas of wallhanging komen maken. De bonnen zijn er voor beide de tufting en keramiek workshops.

Not sure what to give? Can’t decide whether to buy a vase or a wall hanging? Or maybe a workshop instead? With our gift voucher, the lucky recipient still has all the options! They can brighten up their interior with a colourful lamp or pouf, a unique vase, or perhaps a statement mirror as an eye-catcher. If they’re more of a hands-on type, they can come and make their own vase or wall hanging. The vouchers are valid for both the tufting and ceramics workshops.

Gift vouchers cannot be used as a payment method for the purchase of other gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.
Cancellation policy

WORKSHOPS - CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations before 14 days in advance of the workshop will be refunded, minus an administration fee of €20,- /registration. Cancellations within 14 days before the workshop will only be refunded (minus administration fee of €20,-) if someone else will take you place.

PRIVATE WORKSHOPS

Private workshops can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the start date. Within 14 days, no rescheduling or refunds are possible.
Shipping & Return

SHIPPING

We ship to locations worldwide. Please note that because we make all design only from the moment they are ordered, the production can take from 1 to 3 weeks, plus shipment about 2 business days. Shipping costs are determined by location.

RETURNS

As our designs are only made personal and on demand we can't offer any return.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order, please send an email to hello@clubbonheur.be with images and a detailed description of the damage. You will receive an address to return the product
